Mon Sep 20, 6:20 a.m. 2021 PDT A catalytic converter was stolen at the 5500 block of Charlotte Ave SE.

Mon Sep 20, 6:34 a.m. 2021 PDT An unknown suspect stole gas from a parked vehicle at the 600 block of 19th St SE.

Editor’s note: It is not the normal practice of the Auburn Examiner to include natural death investigations in our blotter. The inclusion of this call was an unfortunate oversight on my part and I extend my apologies to the family. Any death that occurs outside of a hospital or hospice receives an officer response. I am not removing this incident to prevent suspicion that something nefarious is being withheld.

Wed Sept 22, 11:34 pm PST 2021 A male was arrested for robbery with a weapon at Safeway (101 Auburn Way S) and later released due to medical declination at jail.
(and a collective groan of annoyance was heard from roughly half the population of Auburn)
