Incident Updates

From APD’s Facebook: “On 5/31, a commercial business off of West Main Street in Auburn was the victim of a burglary.

The gates of the business were forced open in the middle of the night and 54 semi-truck wheels were stolen. Through the investigative efforts of our responding patrol officers and our detectives, all 54 wheels valued at $24,000 were recovered.  The [below] photograph was one of two truckloads recovered from the scene.”

Thu Jun 9, 4:40 a.m. 2022 PDT A burglary was reported in the 1800 block of Auburn Way N.

Thu Jun 9, 5:30 a.m. 2022 PDT Auburn Valley SWAT members assisted in the execution of a search warrant in the City of Tacoma.

Thu Jun 9, 7:03 a.m. 2022 PDT A stolen vehicle was recovered in the 1100 block of K St NE.

Thu Jun 9, 8:00 a.m. 2022 PDT A trespass occurred in the 200 block of E Main St.

Thu Jun 9, 8:00 a.m. 2022 PDT Shoplifting of motor oil was reported at ARCO 305 A St SE.

(So was the car supposed to be a bonus or were the tools a consolation?)

Thu Jun 9, 4:52 p.m. 2022 PDT An adult male and female trespassed Plaza 17 1001 17th St SE.

Thu Jun 9, 6:11 p.m. 2022 PDT A trespass occurred in the Outlet Collection Mall 1101 Outlet Collection Way SW.

Thu Jun 9, 5:33 p.m. 2022 PDT A domestic violence assault occurred in the 4900 block of M St NE.

Thu Jun 9, 5:49 p.m. 2022 PDT An assault was investigated in the 300 block of 17th St SE.

Thu Jun 9, 6:44 p.m. 2022 PDT Fraud occurred in the 4700 block of Auburn Way N.

Thu Jun 9, 6:55 p.m. 2022 PDT A bag was stolen at McDonald’s 702 Auburn Way S.

Thu Jun 9, 8:31 p.m. 2022 PDT An adult female was transported to MultiCare Auburn Medical Center for mental observation.

Thu Jun 9, 9:01 p.m. 2022 PDT A male was arrested for assaulting his brother in the 12900 block of SE 312th St.
(Wonder if this was one of those ‘arrest me now before mom finds out’ situations.)

Thu Jun 9, 9:16 p.m. 2022 PDT An armed robbery occurred in the 1100 Block of Outlet Collection Dr SW.
