Part of my struggle in my therapy journey was finding the right therapist, and I feel like what you have written is really helpful! If helpful, I wanted to share some other resources that people could use to find a therapist. At the start, browsing through psychology today was really helpful for me but I felt that there were so many choices and I started to feel overwhelmed.
